Jessica Rodriguez
Relocation Coordinator
Jessica Rodriguez is the Relocation Coordinator for The Glendower Group, an instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven. She joined the company in June of 2017.
In this role, Ms. Rodriguez is responsible for all aspects of temporary and permanent relocation of public housing residents as a result of comprehensive modernization activities. Ms. Rodriguez ensures Glendower complies with HUD and where applicable the Federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies. She also applies sensitivies to the elderly and disabled who may experience mental or physical distress as a result of relocation.
Prior to The Glendower Group, Ms. Rodriguez worked for the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven as a Housing Specialist for over 15 years where she handled high call volume and had personal contact with residents, including answering questions and providing support when needed. Prior to this position, she previously served as an administrative assistant managing schedules, work orders, and creating weekly reports.
Ms. Rodriguez holds a Public Housing Manager Certification, a Housing Quality Standard Certification as well as a RAD PBV Specialist Certification. She received her Associate’s degree as well as her Bachelor’s degree from Albertus Magnus College.
