Our housing developments have been many and varied. They include senior housing, multi-family units, commercial space as well as a host of other site plans. And whether a project involves site selection and new development or existing-site renovation and relocation, we have the know-how to meet its unique demands. We’ve worked with a huge range of partners and rely on our in-house knowledge to get the most for your dollars. Glendower is also certified through the Department of Social Services and can provide consultative work for towns and cities looking to employ any of these same ideas.
The Glendower Group provides consulting services, including sourcing allocation, identifying other funds, and compliance/asset management services for projects particularly in low income, distressed communities.
