The Glendower Group has been awarded over $500 million dollars in redevelopment funds and have redeveloped over 2,500 units. We have been awarded a much coveted HOPE VI grant as well as a grant for Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (Recovery Act Fund) through the Housing and Urban Development department.
In 2021, Glendower’s partnership with CHFA allowed for a much coveted 4% tax credit for work at McConaughey Terrace. Due to the limited amount of tax credits that are available each year, the LIHTC awards are a highly competitive source of funding.
In 2020, The Glendower Group was given the ‘Developer Investment Award’ by the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, a wonderful honor.
