About Ms. Vincent

Haley Vincent is Project Manager of The Glendower Group, the housing development instrumentality of the Housing Authority of the City of New Haven. Ms. Vincent joined The Glendower Group in February of 2019.

As the Housing Coordinator, Ms. Vincent is responsible for the administration and coordination of all functions for delivery of routine services, capital improvements, lease enforcement, safety issues, LIHTC, RAD, CED and Service Center for Low Income Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher Programs.

Prior to working for The Glendower Group, Ms. Vincent served as a Clinical Services & Research Coordinator with Planned Parenthood of Southern New England. In this capacity Ms. Vincent was responsible for the administration and coordination of all functions of the Clinical Services department in accordance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and state and federal laws for 17 health centers across Connecticut and Rhode Island. Prior to this position, she served as an administrative assistant providing administrative support to the Office of The President and maintaining work order databases.

Ms. Vincent holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health as well as a Master’s of Business Administration, both from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT.
