Eastview Terrace II is a 100% Low Income Housing Tax Credit and Project Based Voucher (PBV) development, which is part of a multi-phase, scatter site, mixed use/mixed income rental residential and commercial space project funded by a HUD Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) project totaling $25.2 million.
The project is comprised of seven buildings with 25 townhouse and flat-style residential rental units comprised of 2 four-bedroom, 6 three-bedrooms and 17 two-bedroom units with off street parking for residents. There are 2 two-bedroom handicapped units.
Each unit has central air conditioning, a fenced rear patio, combo living/dining area, washer/dryer hook-up. Landscaping and snow removal included in rent. A 6,066 sq. ft. community center offers youth programs, a half basketball court, computer lab, art room, playground and onsite property management and resident services offices.
