We have accessed hundreds of millions of dollars in funding through local, state and federal government programs and grants. We have a long history of success in applying for and being awarded highly competitive 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, including funding for our Rockview, Brookside, Twin Brooks, Mill River Crossing (aka. Farnam Court), and Fair Haven developments.
We also have a long history of success in non-LIHTC competitive funding cycles. We understand the nature of competitive residential funding sources and work tirelessly to identify sources, review rating standards, and structure applications to be successful. We’ve won multiple competitive funding awards under the State of Connecticut Department of Housing CHAMP program, Connecticut Brownfield, Federal HOME funds, and the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program.
Lastly, we have established relationships with both national and regional financing institutions. We’ve structured multiple TEB / 4% LIHTC deals as well as FHA 221d as well as standard commercial financing deals.
